TreeView and Keyboard

Hello,

I'm using the treeView to display a set of elements. What I want to do: When the user presses the "Delete" key, then the currently selected element in the treeView shall be removed.

How to achive this? Especially how to detect the key pressing and react on it?

Thanks for any help!

Best regards

Hardy

Hi

You can drop the following code in the dxl-editor of doors directly (This code is an example from the reference manual.).

void fn() {
    print "callback fires\n"
}

DB db = create("testDialog", styleStandard)

realize db

print "..";
// The callback fn() will be executed on pressing Shift+F7 when the dialog db is active.

addAcceleratorKey(db, fn, keyF7, modKeyNone);

But if you start this code from the dxl-editor, you get an error message.

I've allready send an e-Mail to sodius.

Best regards
